Real Estate and Development - Peltzer & Richardson LC, has extensive experience in all aspects of real property and development law. Peltzer & Richardson has drafted and reviewed everything from simple purchase contracts and leases to complex development agreements. Our firm also has handled real property litigation, including enforcement of purchase contracts, litigation of easement rights, nuisance and trespassing actions, warranty litigation, and both defense and prosecution of condemnation actions. With a licensed real estate broker on staff, Peltzer & Richardson also offers right-of-way acquisition services to public entities.

Water and Water Rights – Peltzer & Richardson, LC, has been engaged in water rights and water conveyance issues on behalf of private individuals and public agencies.  This work includes negotiating water use agreements, water conveyance rights, establishing or opposing the establishment of new water rights with applicable state agencies, and engaging in water-related litigation.  The attorneys of Peltzer & Richardson have particular knowledge and experience in the development of water rights in Tulare County and other areas of the Central San Joaquin Valley.

Environmental and Land Use Litigation - Peltzer & Richardson, LC, has extensive experience representing developers and landowners on matters involving state and federal environmental and land use laws. These matters include zoning changes, use permits, and permits under the state and federal water, air and endangered species laws. Our firm has represented many parties both in the litigation setting and in the obtaining of administrative permits and entitlements. In nearly all cases, Peltzer & Richardson’s clients were the prevailing parties.
